During the filming of this special, the brothers had a chance encounter with a producer and a Nashville-based singer-songwriter. Inspired by their conversation, Drew and Jonathan decided to pen a song that paid homage to their childhood home. The result? A heartfelt country tune called "Hold On." Drew even played the guitar for the track, and both brothers lent their voices to the recording.

In fact, Drew and Jonathan shared their excitement about collaborating with other artists during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
