Prince Charles Can't Sleep Over 'The Crown' Season 3

That’s great news for fans who love a good royal soap opera, but for Camilla’s husband, Prince Charles, it’s more like a nightmare. “Charles is having sleepless nights over it,” an insider told Life & Style. “He’s haunted by his past and can’t stop worrying about what ‘The Crown’ might reveal.”

But it was their affair years later, while Charles was married to Princess Diana, that became a massive scandal. The UK public hasn’t exactly forgotten—or forgiven—what went down. She was a beloved figure at the palace, and her memory still looms large over the royal family.

According to insiders, the next season of "The Crown" is going to dig deep into what happened behind closed doors with Charles and Camilla, as well as the ups and downs of his marriage to Diana. But here's the twist: while Charles is losing sleep over it, Camilla isn’t too worried. In fact, she’s actually embracing her role as a central character in the series. “Charles is worried,” the source said, “but Camilla is loving every minute of it!”

As of now, Season 3 of "The Crown" is still in production. Netflix hasn’t announced an official premiere date, but the BBC reported that it might hit our screens sometime in 2019.
