Hey there! Let me tell you about something that’s melting hearts all over the world right now. Madonna, the queen of pop and mother of six, has shared an absolutely adorable video of her kids dancing together. In this sweet moment, captured on Instagram, her five-year-old twins, Estere and Stella, along with their older brother David Banda, 12, are grooving to "Rewrite the Stars" from The Greatest Showman. The way they take turns twirling is so coordinated and cute, it’s impossible not to smile. Check out the video below!
Madonna captioned the video with a heartfelt message: “Today seems like a good day to rewrite the stars!!! #Music #Dance #Inspiration #Children #Life #Happiness #Love.” And if that wasn’t enough cuteness for you, her 11-year-old daughter Mercy James also makes a brief appearance, singing along to the duet originally performed by Zac Efron and Zendaya. Clearly, this soundtrack is a family favorite in the Madonna household!
For those who might not know, Madonna is not only an icon in the music world but also a dedicated mom. She’s heavily involved in humanitarian work, especially in Malawi, where she adopted her twins Estere and Stella back in February 2017. They join her biological children, Lourdes and Rocco, and her other adoptive children, David and Mercy, who she welcomed into her family in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

Madonna has been incredibly open about the challenges she faced during the adoption process. Being a public figure, she explained that it wasn’t easy. “Because I’m a public figure, people don’t want to be perceived as giving me any kind of special treatment, so I get the hard road,” she told People in September 2017. She even mentioned how the media scrutinized her choices, with headlines claiming she “kidnapped” David. “I was trying to save somebody’s life,” she recalled, feeling frustrated and misunderstood. “I did everything by the book, but it was a real low point for me. I would cry myself to sleep.”
When it came to adopting Mercy, Madonna faced additional hurdles due to her recent divorce from Guy Ritchie. Malawian officials questioned her ability to raise a child as a single mother, labeling her treatment as “sexist” and “ridiculous.” Despite these challenges, her determination paid off. David, Mercy, Estere, and Stella are now thriving in her loving family. Watching them dance and sing together, it’s clear they’ve found a home filled with joy, love, and happiness.
