Let’s be real—Chrissy Teigen can’t seem to catch a break these days. The supermodel and mom of two found herself in the middle of yet another mommy-shaming storm after posting a photo of herself and her daughter, Luna, enjoying some quality time at the playground. Yep, you heard that right—mommy-shaming over a simple Instagram post. The world really is wild sometimes.

Chrissy, 32, and her 21-month-old daughter were simply having a blast at the park when Chrissy decided to share a candid moment with her followers. But, as it often goes on the internet, some fans weren’t exactly thrilled with her parenting choices. Now, Chrissy wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary, but some people clearly had strong opinions. One commenter chimed in with, “I actually fractured my son’s leg doing this when he was 18 months old. I felt so terrible—I never knew it was dangerous!” Another added, “Adults really shouldn’t slide with a child in their lap. Their legs can get twisted and break. Ouch!” Harsh, right? But, as we all know, the internet has no shortage of unsolicited advice.

Of course, Chrissy didn’t take this lying down. Known for her sharp wit and no-nonsense attitude, she quickly fired back at the critics. In a response that had everyone laughing and nodding in agreement, she wrote, “Wish you guys would have told me about the leg thing earlier. They broke. Both of them. And everyone else’s in the park broke too just from watching it happen. There are so many broken legs here (heads up photos are one second moment in time, I was lifting her onto my lap).
