A local court has issued an arrest warrant for PTI leader Omar Ayub in connection with multiple protest-related cases. The court’s decision comes after authorities accused Ayub of inciting unrest and violating public order during recent demonstrations.

Law enforcement agencies have been directed to apprehend him and present him before the court. PTI leaders have condemned the warrant, calling it an attempt to suppress political dissent. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operation against Khawarij militants, reaffirming the government’s commitment to eradicating terrorism.
