“Imran Khan to be Indicted In GHQ Attack Case OCT-19”
Imran Khan, along with several other prominent figures, is expected to be indicted on October 19, 2024, in relation to the May 9 attack on Pakistan’s General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. This case is part of the broader legal proceedings following the widespread protests and attacks on military installations that occurred after Khan’s arrest in the Al-Qadir Trust case earlier this year. The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) is overseeing these cases, and Khan, along with Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other leaders, has already received copies of the charge sheet. Arrest warrants have been issued for other accused who failed to appear before the court.
